I have used Leupitz for a couple years. I initially started because I had a recurring ant invasion. Leupitz has taken care of that problem. I have found them flexible and easy to work with. The price is reasonable. The same technician always services my property and he is prompt, well spoken and friendly. I had rats in the walls of my house, in my car and many other places around my house. Leupitz tech Jessie came and fixed it. He placed various traps in and around my house and fixed all holes and possible entry points in the crawl space. We had an excellent experience with Leupitz Pest Control from start to finish.  Nathan, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment process and answered all questions.  He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and showed great attention to detail.  Since the service, we have noticed a major improvement and feel confident that the issue was handled properly. I have used Leupitz services at 3 different properties for about 20 yrs.  They are responsive and thorough.  The technicians are courteous and punctual. I am on a quarterly service agreement.
